General FAQs:
Q: How many wedding expos do you produce each year?
A: Currently we produce six Expos each year in September, October and January. A list of upcoming shows is available on our Home page.

Q: What type of events can I expect to see at an Expo?
A: In addition to a well-rounded collection of quality wedding vendors, the Expos also offer exciting fashion shows, musical presentations, contests and much more. See our Events page for more details.

Q: Who is eligible to win the grand prizes offered at the Expos?
A: Brides who register at the entrance of the Expo are eligible to win grand prizes.

Q: Do I have to be present to win a grand prize at the Expo?
A: Yes, you must be present to win. You must also have a valid form of ID (such as a driver's license) with you to claim the prize.

Q: Can I pre-pay my entrance fee online?
A: At this time we are not accepting payment of entrance fees online. You can, however, register on this site to receive a 2-for-1 Pass.

Q: I registered on this site for a 2-for-1 pass, but did not receive it. What should I do?
A: Is the e-mail address you entered correct? It seems like a silly question, but typos do happen. If you entered the incorrect address, please re-submit your information. Also, check your SPAM mail.

Q: Can anyone use the 2-for-1 Pass?
A: Yes, any two people can use the 2-for-1 Pass at any of our Expos.

Q: What does it cost to exhibit in one of your Expos?
A: Information about exhibiting, including a price sheet, is available by contacting us at 888-774-3976.

Q: How are the Expos promoted?
A: The Expos are promoted extensively utilizing the internet, radio, billboard and print.

Q: How many brides attend each Expo?
A: We average 300 - 400 brides at our hotel and trade center shows, 1000 at our January event.

FAQs for current exhibitors:
Q: How do I get electricity for my booth?
A: Electricity is ordered through the venue at which the Expo is held. Request forms are available in the exhibitor kit that will be mailed to you prior to the show. Electricity is a fee item and must be ordered in advance to ensure availability and avoid surcharges.

Q: I need an extra table and/or chairs. How do I get it/them?
A: Extra tables and chairs may be pre-ordered prior to the show, or requested on site. This is a fee item. See your exhibitor kit for more information.

Q: What is the move-in time for my Expo?
A: Move-in times vary for each show. See your exhibitor kit for complete information.

Q: Where do I go if I have a question or need during set-up?
A: A service booth will be set up and staffed during exhibitor move-in, generally near the move-in entrance. You may also go to the registration booth with any questions.

Q: Where do I get my exhibitor badge?
A: Exhibitor badges will be available at the Expo service booth during move-in, and at the registration table at the entrance to the show.

Q: Where do I bring my products that will be included in the fashion show?
A: If you are providing products to be exhibited in the fashion show, you must bring them backstage at least two hours prior to the start of the show. You are also responsible for collecting those items after the show has ended.

Q: What is the move-out time for my Expo?
A: Exhibitors may begin breaking down their booths when the show closes (generally 4:00pm), and not before. There isn't a move-out schedule per se; all exhibitors need to be out of the venue within two hours after the show closes.

Q: I am supplying a Grand Prize. Where do I bring it?
A: Grand Prizes may be brought to the Expo registration area.
